Very peaceful location paved small courtyard,no garden as such,the barn studio cute & comfortable,good walk for dogs opposite to the broad also very quiet & flat. Recommend the shop at Rockland St Mary but even moreso Yare Valley Farm has a fabulous Patisserie & Cafe run by really friendly Portuguese couple.
