In the middle of the Cilento National Park, Casa Giulietta awaits you with an uninhibited view of the sea and the interplay between an old olive grove and an untouched steep coast. The holiday home is ca. 1 km from the fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta.

Die Zeit in dem kleinen Ort ist zwar nicht stehen geblieben, aber sie scheint doch langsamer zu laufen. Alte Ape-Dreiräder knattern vollgepackt durch die engen Straßen, bunte Fischerboote liegen träge im Hafen und die Einheimischen treffen sich zum Kartenspielen in der nächsten Bar.

Abseits des Ortes, im Weiler Acqua Bianca, steht auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes zwischen alten Olivenbäumen die Casa Giulietta. Das Häuschen liegt nur ca. 100 m von der Steilküste entfernt und gliedert sich mit seiner regionaltypischen Bruchsteinfassade wunderbar in die Landschaft ein.

FERIENHAUS FÜR FAMILIE UND FREUNDE
In der großzügig gestalteten Casa Giulietta können Sie mit der ganzen Familie oder mit Freunden gemeinsam den Urlaub verbringen.
Die helle, zum Wohnraum offene Essküche ist mit den tiefblauen Fliesen ein echter Hingucker. Im Wohnraum finden Sie eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sofa vor.
Neben 2 Bädern verfügt das Ferienhaus über 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf Wunsch können zwei weitere Betten bereitgestellt werden.

Für Ihr Auto steht ein privater Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

AUSSENBEREICH MIT ÜBERDACHTER TERRASSE
Auf der überdachten Terrasse der Casa Giulietta können Sie gemeinsam essen, die Aussicht auf das Meer und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
Im angrenzenden Garten stehen Sonnenliegen für Ihr Sonnenbad unter der süditalienischen Sonne bereit.

WEITERE INFORMATIONEN & AUSFLUGSTIPPS
Bars, Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen finden Sie im ca. 1,5 km entfernten Marina di Pisciotta. Der hübsche Strand von Marina di Pisciotta ist zu Fuß entlang der Straße nach ca. 800 m erreichbar. Außer im Juli und August ist diese Straße sehr wenig befahren.
Der Hauptort Pisciotta ist nach 5 Autominuten erreicht. Wer den Anstieg nicht scheut, gelangt über einen Fußweg ab Marina di Pisciotta in das Bergdorf.

Unbedingt einen Ausflug wert ist das Capo Palinuro. Die Felsen des Kaps stürzen bis zu 80 m lotrecht in die Tiefe, unterbrochen von wildromantischen Badebuchten, in die man bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nur mit dem Boot gelangt. Bei einer Bootstour hat man außerdem die Gelegenheit, die Grotta Azzurra zu besichtigen. Dank eines Unterwassertunnels dringt Tageslicht unterirdisch in die Grotte ein und erzeugt das intensive Blau des Wassers.

Time in the village has not stood still, but it does seem to pass more slowly. Heavily loaded, old three-wheeled Apes rattle through the narrow alleys, small fishing boats lie drowsily in the harbor, locals meet for a game of cards at the nearest bar.

Somewhat apart from the village, in hamlet Acqua Bianca, Casa Giulietta lies among olive trees on the premises of a former farm. The small house is located only ca. 100 m from the steep coast and with its quarry stone façade so typical for the region blends wonderfully into the landscape.

HOLIDAY HOME FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
As Casa Giulietta is laid out for 6 – 8 persons, you can spend holidays there with your whole family or with friends.
In the combined kitchen-dining-living room the deep blue of the wall tiles framing the kitchen unit (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) catches your eye immediately; in the living area with SAT-TV, there’s a cozy sofa to relax on.
The holiday home includes 2 bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each; washing machine in one of the bathrooms) and 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, one with twin beds. Two more beds can be provided upon request.
PARKING is available on the premises.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH ROOFED TERRACE
Casa Giulietta’s roofed terrace is a lovely spot where you can enjoy your meals out in the open, take it easy, enjoy the view of the sea and marvelous sunsets. The adjoining garden is perfect for relaxing on a sun lounger and a bath in the southern Italian sun.

FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS FOR EXCURSIONS
Bars, restaurants and a small grocery store are found at Marina di Pisciotta, ca. 1.5 km from the holiday home. An 800 m walk along the road, where except for the months of July and August there is very little traffic, takes you to the lovely beach of Marina di Pisciotta.
It is 5 minutes by car to the main town of Pisciotta. If you don’t mind the ascent, you can follow a footpath from Marina di Pisciotta up to the mountain village.

Capo Palinuro is absolutely worth an excursion. With sheer drops of up to 80 m, the rocks of the cape fall steeply to the sea below; in between you find wild-romantic bathing bays which, with few exceptions, can be reached only by boat. Take part in a boat tour, if you want to have a look inside Grotta Azzurra. By way of an underwater tunnel daylight finds its way into the grotto from below, hence the intense blue of the water.
